Blind transfer in ICS AA

Hi All

Is it possible to have blind transfer in ICS OR OTUC [any release ] Automated Attendant ? Though i tried adding the blindTransfer=True in aa.properties ,the AA is still using supervised transfer . Even after a reboot the same issue

Any ideas ?
