Key error

Hi All
I have a 4400 running Rel 5.0 (D2.314-4-b.) Recently the 4035 console has started giving a problem. Some times the console rings but the call cannot be taken and the set goes blank. The set has to to physically unpugged and plugged in for normal operation. This happens 3-4 times in a day.There are 2 call presentation keys programmed ( one for NDDI/DID/NoN AnsDID etc and the other for Other). All was fine for last couple of years that the sys was installed. The prob has started after a new .msk file was installed( may be coincidental). Have tried rebooting, delete/ recreate attd set, reinstalling old .msk file but same prob. An incident says "inconsistency of key no 2". Help pl.
