I'm using switch OMNI 6850, when I log into the console appears the following notice:
Attempting to load from the directory CERTIFIED ...
Loading kernel from '/ flash/certified/K2os.img' ...
Can not find component (alcatelNetworking_kernel.lnk) in package (/ flash / certified /
K2os.img)!
Can not find component (kernel.lnk) in package (/ flash/certified/K2os.img)!
Unable to load kernel image from file '/ flash/certified/K2os.img'.
Unable to boot from the software release CERTIFIED.
[Miniboot] ->

Through reference materials on the internet, I expect to find images file for product lines 6850 OMNI then use zmodem, FTP to upload the file but in my search on Google will not have the file images of this product line.

So I write this email to your company help me fix the error and send the file to my images of OmniSwitch 6850 to fix the problem.

Sincere thanks

In case you are from EMEA region you will have to use the Business Partner Website at
www.businesspartner.alcatel-lucent.com

Afterwards you click on Support -> Technical Support IP Networking

In the middle you find a box with the caption "Heads up" and a link to the following site https://service.esd.alcatel-lucent.com

Click on that link and the BPWS will automatically sign-in your account for Downloads on the website.

On the newly opened site you find a Link "Downloads" on the right - click it and choose the product you need to download the AOS for.

(https://service.esd.alcatel-lucent.com/ ... witch_6800 -> AOS 6.3.1.1138.R01)

Hope that helps ... for the rest just follow the procedures already posted on this forum.
