Hi all..

I interconnected the site OXE and OXO using ip trunking. Internal calls working perfectly no issues. OXO users want to access the trunk group from OXE..

i configured in OXO 9 as a secondary trunk group and given the ip address of the oxe when i press 9 i am getting ring back tone

OXE 9 configured as a Professional TG with over lapping (APA8) analog trunk lines are configured.

Am i missing some configuration here, need help

You need to send a 9 to OXE (use keep option in OXO for 9) in front of the external number you dial. Olso be sure that the PNC and CC of the IP trunk group on OXE gives the proper rights to dial through Tg configured for APA.

wht do u mean sending 9 infront of the external numbers dialled, from oxo i am pressing 9 then dialling external numbers is that ok and wht is PNC and CC..

Yes, sending 9 in front of the ext. number. In dialing plan where you defined 9 instead of drop, use keep on OXO side.

thanks for your quick reply...mission accomplished..in PNC collect calls are not allowed after i enable this it's working perfectly..

J'ai soucis de configuration avec un trunk h323 entre oxo et oxe.
Les utilisateurs oxo areivenr a koindre les utilisateurs oxe mais le contraire n'est pas possible.
Lorsque l'usager oxe essai de joindre l'usager oxo, il affiche hors service et lorsque je fais un trkstat je vois que le fsc est utilisé alors que l'usager oxo est en swrvicw.
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider a troubleshooter
