Hi all

i hope anyone can help me

i have a lot of add on module 40 key and the last one i can`t programm anything on it

my question

is there an software key for programable keys ?

Hi. You mean that you have connect many AOM??. You can programm the first one and not the last?? How many AOM did you connect?? Check the limits for you terminal. Regards.

i have 5 numbers and i can programm only 4 AOM
the last one isn`t programable

i mean the last one is demaged

i must test with another IP Touch 4038 or another AOM

Hi. You have connected 4 AOM of 40 keys??? No possible. Whats more, I believe you are talking about a OXO not OXE. Am I right?

i connected 1 telefon with 1 AOM 40 Keys !!

and i have 5 telefon with 5 AOM 40 Keys and the last telefon with the AOM 40 keys is not working

and i have a OXE

i will test the last telefon with another IP Touch and anothe AOM 40 key

Hi. Now I understand. Of course, good practise to test hardware if you don't have any incidents. I believe you know how to configure the AOM, so no configuration problem. Regards.
