IP Softphone mute after call

Is there an option to turn off the mute of the IPDesktopSoftPhone so that after every call it does not mute and the user does not have to manually turn it off after every call ?

bit more information is needed i think.
version 3.0.1 of the phone, and this is when an agent is logged in on the premium system.

Mute? If the button with a handset marked is always green means that it has interphony on, also maybe it has a headset key programmed but maybe you don't have a headset...check your configuration. Try disabling on the PG the Headset mandatory option.

Could be a known bug fixed in 3.0.0.4?
"if muted call released then next call still muted" / "mute key not working"
But you wrote 3.0.1? Do you mean 3.0.0.1?
Suggest to try newer version. I think latest was 3.0.1.2?

upgraded the software, it was a bug
