Noise in the communication

Post by lmartinez_1971 »

We have a client with two oxe PBX integrated by a hybrid VPN, versions of the PBX are R8-01-g150323c and R6.1.1-f250233a, communication between the two oxe PBX has been right until a MG-PCS was installed for the PBX with release 8.01, the problem we have is the following:
when an UA set from MG-PCS wants to communicate with an IP set from the release 6.11 PBX there is no problem at all, but when the call is made from an IP set of PBX with release 6.11 to the analog set from MG-PCS there is noise.
It has been verified putting an IP thelephone in the PBX with release 8.01 and when it calls to the UA set form MGPCS, the call has no problem neither in the moment of makin the call nor when it receives the call, but when this IP set from the PBX with release 8.01 calls other IP set from the PBX with release 6.11 there is noise when it makes the call and when it receives the call..
The UA set from MG-PCS has no problem when it communicates both with UA set and analog sets from PBX with release 6.11.
The IP set from the PBX with release 8.01 has no problem, it can communicate with both UA sets and analog sets from the PBX with release 6.11.
Please we need support to solve this problem. It is urgent.

First. In an ABC_F network, it is mandatory to have the same release in all nodes. There are some exceptions. Check installation docs. With this I do not want to mean that your problem is related with different release. It is just a recommendation. Regards.

i think it's a problme with MG binary incompatible with the pabx realease
same problme (without noise only silence ) has been detected in same release patch b
