Mirage Systems - CTI Data Connector

I was just wondering if anyone knows of the Mirage Systems CTI Data Connector working with an Alcatel-Lucent Office or Enterprise System. The software claims to only need a TAPI Driver for integration. It is used for logging calls directly in / out of Salesforce.com as well as click to call from applications and call Logs? If someone has heard of this working and knows how to integrate it that would be fantastic.

I have exactly the same issue, still having it. does anyone know how to get the Mirage CTI Data connector to work with an Alcatel OXE Enterprise? I cannot get the desktop agent to work with the PABX, unless I install the TAPI server software on each machine. the problem with this is the Alcatel Switch kicks the licenses out once it reaches 20 so that isn't the right method.
does anyone know how to make this work, or has made it work, if you can let me know how?
