In OXO system I do conference between 3 parties.

But customer needs to do conference between 8 parties

Please tell me if I can do that or not
And tell me how much of maximum number of conference party
And tell me if that required license or not.

You can have max one conference for up to 6 parties. And this require license. This is type of mastered conference. Master create conference, then told others code for this conference. They are dialling into this conference and dial code for this conference.
