In OXO system please someone tell me how I can to give preference to special user to get external line

Example: assumed scenario is:

 150 (extension manager)
140 (normal user)
 When trunk are restrained by 140 for external call
Then 150 asked for trunk for external call
 Call with 140 will cut off
Trunk will be grant to 150(manager).

Please tell me any resolve for that

For this you need to modify: Subscribers/Basestations list/ Subscriber/ Details/ Misc./ Priority level. For manager = 1 Hihgest priority. On the manager set you need to create a key "Priority call".
