Hello fellow experts,

I have just performed a software upgrade from R5.1.2 to R6.2 for my customer and I have this problem after the upgrade. The accounting tracking tracks on a trunk group and the call ticket is set to output to port C. After the upgrade, there is no more ticket being output to the V24 port.

Any ideas?

Yes, its a bug in the version, ask alcatel about your problem. This have been reported previously

Unfortunately the steps that Alcatel has given me doesn't help much. I still couldn't get the accounting tracking on trunk group work. Does anyone has any documentation about this problem or seen it from the BPWS? I have been trying to find from the BPWS but no luck.

Any help will be much appreciate. Thank you.


This is what Alcatel has responded:
1) delete and create the v24 port which is assigned for the accounting purpose.
2) capture the incidents and send it to me.
3)could you please confirm that whether real time output is working or not.
