Problem QuickCam on ECS

Dear all,
I´ve got a problem with the application QuickCam by Amigo Software:
I installed the ATS-Server and the QuickCam application on my ECS (and all the necessary patches that are requested). My OXO has R7.1, the ECS R4.1.
On my IPTouch 4068EE I have the QCAM-Button and if I press it, I see the Version of QuickCam 0.9.0. So in my opinion the installation works fine.
On the FTP-Server I created a directory called "bilder" where I put the pics in. If I click "Display Video" the picture is shown in the browser but the IPTOUCH doesn´t show it.
Where could be the error??? Did somebody installed and used the QuickCam before and can provide me some hints?
