Hello,
I have a BICS v2 server (OXE R9, 4645 and OTUC)
I want to send the voicemails to an external mail server (Exchange) via the SMTP protocol.
I didn't find anything in the configuration except for IMAP.
But I don't won't to configure the Outlook clients.
Does anybody have a solution ?
Thanks by advance.
Florent

Hello Florent,
As far as I can tell this isn't possible. The 4645 uses only IMAP. The clients need to connect to each mailbox (or voicemailbox) individualy. The 'normal' Otuc however can integrate with a exchange server. I don't know if this is the same for the version running on the BiCS. But in that case a special plugin is installed on the exchange server and voicemails are stored on the exchange server.
Regards,
Rens

As far as I am aware, UM is not supported on BICS. You can only have IM.
