Password for root user into the console

Hi, i would like to know if any of you knows the password for root console or any other way to acces to the oxo throug the hyperterminal???????
i conect to the config port, open a hyperterminal session with 115200-8-N-1 but i can access to the root account

i hope anyone can help me

Only R&D guys have the root password of the OXO.
System engineers do not have access to it.

OXO (unlike OXE ---> that's why we love OXE) is by all means a closed box from that point of view.
