Alcatel 4029 phone

Hi

4029 digital phones, i am facing one issue with this particular phones.
When a guest calls from the villa it displays only the guest name.Eg : Mr.xxxxxxxxxx.

Earlier i am using Alcatel 4010.It was working perfectly. It shows both guest name and room number.Eg : Room number Mr.xxxxxxxxx

can someone please help.

HI, you would think you get more on the bigger screen but I had the same issue and found I needed a 4039 to display both. Would like to hear if you get a fix though.

i have tested with 4039 phone but same, couldn't see the Guest room number only display the name. but if somebody call from admin phone can display name and number both.
