caller ID on call center agent via ISDN trunk.

Hi all,

I am using an OXO R700 018.002 with PRA-T2 digital trunk board.
We are able to see the caller ID on operator phone,
(and also any digital or ip phone if the caller direct their call directly to user's extension)
but when the caller call to our call center, which i configured using combination of MLAA and ACD,
the call center agent cannot receive the caller id,
do i have to set some parameters to be able to see it?
