4200e voicemail config

Hi all.
We have a 4200e running on site. One of our users requires voicemail activating, but cannot find where to do this in the PCMMC software. Other users have voicemail already, so I presume it is just a tick box somewhere.
Any help appreciated.

I think, that somewhere in Dynamic routing of Subscriber. Compare with other subscribers.

You may have to manage the 4610 voicemail system as well, to create a voicemail box for the subscriber. This depends on the version of the board - the mailbox may already have been created.
The 4610 can be managed this way:
- By a phone set (local or remote): Just dial the number to the hunting group for the voicemail system. Dial 0 (or #, don't quite remember) to access the management menu, give the management password and follow the instructions from the Alcatel lady.
- By PC software: Connect your cable to the 4610 voicemail board and make a backup of the voicemail setup. Then do nessesary configurations and restore the database to the voicemail board.
