Hi can this be done and where to set?

And also timer for the 5 ring.

incoming call come in it will ring at reception extension for 5 ring.

If no answer or busy it will go to external voicemail hunt group to handle the call?

This call handling applies for day , night and weekend too?

In the set programming put the external voice mail number in the associated number field. So after the timout reaches or busy it will go to that number.

For day, night and others try setiing an Entity in order to achieve this.

Reading slowly your request do you want this?

Incoming call to 3100 no answer then overflow

-> Try reception : Answer? Y: Ok, N: Go to Voice Mail

I guess you can do this if you put that extension as a Boss/Secretary function but i'm not very sure. Also this function is not ment for that kind of behaviour exactly.

Overflow just sends the call to where you asked in the associated or in the Entity.
