Apache error with load_doc.exe

Hi !

After a installing/loading a new computer I cannot start any of the sysdocs that uses Apache. Any ideas, no app is listening on port 80,81 but the error log is repeating the foll:

[Wed Apr 15 10:13:36 2009] [warn] (22)Invalid argument: select failed with errno 10038

Pse, help.
