How to make a detail description when you make quotation on actis.

what I mean is when I'm making quotation on my Actis, the Name/description of the part number is short, for example, for part number "3BA00570AD" the description is "ESSENTIAL PACK 350", I've seen a quotation where for the same part number the description is "Essential pack 350 includes ARS‚ accounting‚ configuration licenses for e-CS 350 engine and embedded voice guides license"

Is someone know what should I do to my Actis to make it show the more complete description in the Quotation.

While you on main offer management page, go Options-Display menu.
There you have to clear "Keep description of items taken from catalogue" box.

Thanks for your reply, had done what you said, but still nothing change,

It is strange.
When you cleat that box Actis use names from price list.
You can go to Management->Price and verify names there.
Where are you from? For our region we have extended names in price . May be for your region WPL file is different?

in the price list, the description is the same as description in my quotation ( the short one ).

I download the price list from BPWS. Maybe I should fond another pricelist that has a long description.

Hi, this "feature" disapeared for me on a certain Actis version. Then on the next it came back by ticking the said box. It was very strange at the time! So on ..eg. 13.2.1 it works.
