OXO R4 QSIG Connection To A4200E R3.2

Hi,
Can you please assist me re-establish a connection between an OXO and A4200E. This connection was working fine for a period and is now lost. The OXO has 2 (DLT2) QSIG boards, one master and the other slave. The slave system is connected to a cisco router's E1 board and works very well. The one configured as master is connected to the A4200E and gives a AIS alarm error. I have swapped the connection to the other DLT2 board on the OXO yet the problem is the same. I also have a second 4200E and I installed my spare QSIG board and tried to connect to the OXO, but it would not connect. I connected the 2 A4200E with the QSIG, the connection seems fine - no alarms, but I'm not able to call between the 2 A4200s
I can send you other information if you wish.
Regards,
Motia.
