E-Mail Notification

Hi,
i have some problems with the feature "E-Mail Notification" on an OXO with Rel. 7.
The customer wants to get an e-mail only when there is a missed call on his set.
But the oxo sends everytime he calls a number an e-mail and everytime he answers a call he also gets an e-mail.
Does anyone know where to manage these options?
