Alcatel office view 32kd

Good Day
I would appreciate if someone could give me advice and help on my Alcatel 32kd office view system.
I know its old but it works for my small business, i need instruction manuals, installation manuals or any help with this system.
I want to install an amp for paging and music for call on hold.
Can i upgrade firmware?
No flaming please im new to Pbx never used one before so im learning.

That is because your PBX is ancient. I've only heard about it from my technical director (so I know it from tales
).
