Re: Configure OminPCX office
You need OMC software. However there is the possibility to configure it using a console (4035 or 4039 attached to the first UA port of the system) .

Re: Configure OminPCX office
thanks
I have PM5 software, i try to connect vía LAN but i can't. I am using both installer or manufacturer option.
Mensage is "FTP-Connection establishment failed. The password was not allowed". but the password is correct.
The connection is vía IP in LAN, Ping has response from Omnipcx
Any idea about that?

Re: Configure OminPCX office
I tried 4035 attached to the first UA port
Option: System ---> install.
The pass was rejected
I tried the options with the default values in each case and the password was accepted
System ----> Admin
System ----> operator
Could be the problem that the default password was changed?

Re: Configure OminPCX office
ok,
are there option to reset the password without loss the configration?
anything to know the password?
are there a kind of master password or something like that?
People did install the device isn't here.

Re: Configure OminPCX office
You could try to get Alcatel's masterkey, but chances are very low
Otherwise no option than to do installation all over and write down correct password this time. But first step would be to ask the installer.
You may also consider upgrading to a newer release. Times of 1.1 are over for a long time now... (Current is 7.023)
