Alcatel Unleashed

Can i get the traffic report in alcatel, I mean to say is there any file in Alcatel where i do get inofrmation, that how many calls came on any particuler trunk group at any particuler time. Like traffic report in Avaya.

You can find the trunk group report using Omnivista 4760 --> Reporting applicaiton --> Traffic analysis --> Trunk groups
There are half hour, daily, monthly and yearly pre-defined report definitions are available. Using this you can generate the report what you expect.
