if there is inbuilt voice mail on oxe common hardware,then why it is need to activate the license to activate this?it is really free
I'm afraid it isn't free.
The internal voicemail is, like most extra features on OXE, secured with a license.
So you need to buy the 4645 voicemail license before you can activate it.
