the customer has pcm cards on m3 4400.
he want to connect to public exchange (exchange giving e-1 lines)
is it possible?

how to go about it?

For ISDN (QSIG) - you need PRA2 (NPRAE for Enterprise).
For R1.5, R2, tie-line (Empulse, L0, Colisee ...) - you can use PCM2 board.
