Are your phones connected to a VLAN??? have you checked that the tftp address is correct in the phone. Are you using duplication?? and maybe you are points to the cpu addresses not the role??? Can you log in as root and complete a capture and post here :( :( :(

i dont have duplication, its single CPU. i was trying to understand the role addressing. is the CPU address is the same as the role addressing? or there should be 2 different IP address for oxe one for CPU and one for role addressing? the role addressing is the TFTP address? . i can ping the phone from OXE there are on the same VLAN and the phone was working pervoiusly?
