Its located in the /flash/working and /flash/certified directory. Just download it via FTP.
The other files are located in the /flash directory - swlog1.log and swlog2.log
The tech-support files have to be created:
Switch -> show tech-support
Switch -> show tech-support layer2
Switch -> show tech-support layer3
You will find the created files in the /flash directory as well.

Mhhhhhhhh ooohhhhkeeyyy ...
First activate the FTP access on the switch (in case this did not happen yet)
Switch-> aaa authentication ftp local
Open a "cmd" box (Dos Box = Start-> Run -> cmd [enter]) on your PC
(After opening the FTP connection you will end up in the "working" directory of the switch)
PC -> ftp 192.168.10.1 (modify the IP address to reflect the one of your switch)
(Enter username and password for user "admin")
ftp> get boot.cfg
ftp> cd ..
ftp> prompt
ftp> mget *.log
(wait until the process is finished)
ftp> bye
Now you should have all the files in the directory where your "Dos-Prompt" started - something like "C:\Documents and Settings\*your-user-name*"
Hope that helps ...
