MIPT 310 & 610 sets become out of service many times

Hi all,
I have installed MIPT sets 310 & 610.

I am facing problem with those sets.
After MIPT sets registered to the OXE, they become out of service and restart.
The message appear on set display is "Set Out of Service".
This incident reoccure every +/- 1 minute.

If MIPT sets in busy condition (online), they will not out of service.
I have tried to make a call, and it's still online for more than 40 minute. But after i disconnected the call, MIPT set become to out of service again and restart.

Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

Hello,

I got a problem like that.

All equipaments of my costumer's network are Alcatel-Lucent also.
The wireless network is provided by a Alcatel-Lucent Omni Wireless 6000 (OAW). In the MIPTs we use for Qos, WMM type.

The problem have fix, after inserting a "Voice Services Module" license on the OAW.

In the OxE, you need to implement a domain, were its corresponds to the ip range of the MIPT's, and configure a IP Quality of Service Class on these parameters:

UDP Lost : 30
UDP Lost Reinit : 15
UDP Keep Alive : 15

On my costumer's networking, we have a total of 70 Mipt's sets and growing!
