Dear I seem to be face problem on Attandent

System is A4400
R5.0Ux-d2.314-7-b-sg-c5s2
I use analog log trunk which manage by Entity No 0
in Entity No 0 call distribute in Day mode is attandant group

When we make call from public operator(from outsite)
on the 4035 set the multiline is blinking mean call is comming in
but not ring on set after 3 ring the set will ring (the first 2 ring is not acknowleg)

any advise please

When you create attendant set - you manage parameters "Ringing=delayed ring" (after timer 140). You can decleare "normal ring" or change timer 140.

In Attendant sets local configuration, there is a option called Delayed ringing. Disable that option, Attendant set will ring immediately.

On your analog trunk card, check the CLIP status.

If public switch sends CLI but you have disabled it on your trunk card (and vice versa), the problem of late ringing arises.
