SIP trunk DDI problem

Post by vovikos »

Hello,
I cannot setup incoming DDI call distribution from the SIP trunk. All calls go only to Attendant Group. Example of incoming number format is as 80445933940@172.24.44.195 .
I also cannot give a user CLIP to each user in outgoing calls to this SIP trunk. One CLIP goes to all calls.
Please help me to correctly setup the SIP trunk

This is not a problem of the SIP TG but of translating external numbers into internal numbers. Read the DOC.

hello, I carefully read the DOC :) and i understood the problem. My provider sets the destination number in a "TO" field, but in a "Request URI" field in "INVITE" provider sets the pilot number (it's always the same). Can OXO analyse the "TO" field for routing?

Exactly my post: public nb plan--->define user strat (numbering sent by telco) end (numbering sent by telco) with base internal user number or pilot number in your case.
Of course the number sent having many digits you may have to use intallation number field.

Well, I solved the problem. My operator give me the destination number in INVITE message.

Hi guys,
I known this is an old thread, I read the DOC, but It's not clear. :(

I have multiple, different SIP numbers. Some number is an international number, but firstly I want to set an inland number.
For example: 0621ABC1652, and I want to place into ext. 200

The SIP trunk successfully, the calls rings at the attendant.

I try to set:
SIP Public numbering
Called format (incoming) to DDI, National, Regional, and Canonical/International.
Called Prefix is empty

I try to set the numbering plan > Public numbering plan
Loop back to current / 0621AB - 0621AB
Subscriber / C1652 - C1652 / Base: 200 / Priv: no

If I understand correctly, the
Loop back to current / 0621AB - 0621AB
line removes from the 0621AB part from the called number (so the C1652 is the remaining part), and recall the numbering, and the
Subscriber / C1652 - C1652 / Base: 200 / Priv: no
want to translate to 200

I tried to use the ARS
Private / Prefix: 0621AB/ Range: C1652 - C1652 / Substitute: "" / TrkGrp: 2

So this will also replaces the 0621AB substring whitin C1652 - C1652 range to empty, so the C1652 is the remaining part.

But the calls allways rings at the attendant.

The Installation numbers are cleared.

Where can I debug this process?
What I missed?
(Who I am, Where I am?)

I'm very confused :(

Thanks, Norbert

Update1:
When the operator set the "Trunk mode" into the SIP line, it begins to work :)
