Alcatel CC supervision

Im using Alcatel CC supervision at work.
I need help in solving one problem. I cannot find in any scripts that i have how can i see results of the transcation code per operater? Not for whole depertment, but per operter on daily, weekly and monthly bases.

If anyone can help i would appreciate it.

Under the reports, when you extract them, you will see the transaction code option. Also when you build the report you select from where to where on which basis.

I m not clear or what? Ignorance is not a problem i agree. Behaving smart, but not understanding the question, thats the problem!

I said that i can see transaction code for the department(or for the one of the numbers that we´re using).

I want to know how can i extract for each id, not for all id´s at once!

I been running behind lately and I'm slowly catching up with all threads and this one makes me laugh...

I'm with Cav on this one.... not possible!

(I get the feeling the OP isn't getting much help from his vendor - but I wonder why!)
