Show QoS Queues in real time

Hi,

i´m trying to view the conformations of the queues in switch OS-6850. I try evertithing i can find in the manual but only shows the queues and asterisks.

I have configured QoS and the rules are matching (statistics) but i can´t see how the queues are filled

so you have some ideas?

Sorry to tell you, but this is not possible. This is a hardware limitation. You cannot extract the QoS queue information. The only way you can really tell if QoS is behaving as expected is by using a traffic generator and checking the performance results against the expected behavior.

You'r right. The only way to do thath is with an external test. I´m a little disapoited because the switch has the relative comands and only shows asterisks. Well, i do the test using AVISO, limiting the BW of the ports (1Mb) and generating traffic withouth tags (copy one huge file). The Phones of AVISO in 2 sessions (tagging Diffserv and with no tag). Works very good and now i have 2 reports with the diference that i was searching for.
