Kernel mode means "Miniboot"?

That's not supposed to happen with a newly shipped device. Did you (or a co-worker) try to put new software on it?

Please post the output of

Miniboot-> ls
Miniboot-> ls "working"
Miniboot-> ls "certified"

Thanks,
Regards,
Benny
