Hello

I have OXO with WBM/WCA interface and i need to send the recorded mesages to a external mail account
I configured the external mail server ip.. the mail adress , the user and password but cannot send e-mails to the configured adress. I have comunication with the e-mail server .I used the "traceroute" test within the WBM interface and the test is ok

Please if i miss something maybe someone can give a clue of what i miss

What version of software on the OxO?

From R410 the voice mail to email was integrated into the centralized services so that the WBM/WCA was no longer needed for this function

If >= 410 then go to the centralized services tab and enter the email server address and then put in the users email under the centralized services option in the user.

Your e-mail server must allow SMTP relay function from OXO.
