TSAPI Server /DR-Link network recording via IP-Hybrid link

Post by ross_01 »

Hi guys,

i have a problem with DR-Link network recording (OXE).
Do anyone already did before ?

Node1 has 2 PCM2 Boards declared with 60 Users... (everything work fine)
Node2 need to use the PCM2 Boards in Node 1... (Monitoring of the local users work also fine)

The "DR-Link Trouble Shooting Guide.pdf" has no more help for my Problem (see attached)
every time i try "start listening (nice)"
starting listening.JPG
#########################################################
SECURITY VIOLATION is mainly generated after a Start Listening (recording request)
command.
1: Recording not authorized on this station (check the “Record Authorization flag”)
-->ok...in all used Fac.Cat=true

origin 2: invalid PCM parameters (check the location of the PCM/Z30 board)
--> in Node1 but i think i configured everything

Node Number (reserved) : 2 distant node (without PCM2 Board)
-->Recording Centralizing Node + YES
-->Associate Recording Node : 1

Node Number (reserved) : 1 (local Node PCM2 Board1/3 used for testing)
-->Recording Centralizing Node + NO
-->Associate Recording Node : -1

i used for testing "general key's" so this shouldn't bee the problem...
###########################################################

I still thinking about the ip-Link between the nodes is maybe the Problem, but i dont have the chance the test with a S2M (TDM) link.

Do somebody have an Idea or solution ?

Thanks for help

No License for recording in second node?
maybe some incident on pabx (no DSP/ no compressors?)
kindly, please give us at least

ƒ Lock 145 gives the maximum local recording channels available (maximum 600)
ƒ Lock 164 gives the maximum remote recording channels available (maximum 600)
Lock 130 specify if a voice recording system is used; 3 values are possible

from BOTH nodes, saying that node 1 needs to have PCM2 boards.

Audit/Broadcast is ON? Hybridlink is IP or T2 ?

On the remote node under mgr->applications->Recording Resource, are the nice sets declared. If not make an audit

i used for testing "general key's" so this shouldn't bee the problem..
Ah, ok for license. Have you subsribed as nice service first?

mgr, Applications, CSTA,
Recording Centralized Node: YES
Associate Recording Node: 2

Applications, Recording Resources,
check:
Recording node: 1
Recording rack: x
Recording board: x
Recording terminal: x

If running audit after the creation of PCM/recording resources you need to audit (if i remeber: mao+br, audit -l GEA, Activation on Consistency, search for item 53 Recording Resources).

After that you should have recording resources in remote node (in mgr/Applications/Recording Resources).

thanks for your quick reply ;-),

general key ;-)...no problem with the OPS locks!

mgr, Applications, CSTA,-----------> Configuration from Node2 -->see my first post!
Recording Centralized Node: YES-->done ( in the manual it seem that the node with PCM Board
should set=YES and the Node without PCM Board=NO)

Associate Recording Node: 1------>done is a link to the Node with PCM Board

but anyway in OXE "onlinehelp(TAB-key) it sound vice to me
i tried already turning around these settings...

Applications, Recording Resources, ------>done !
Recording node: 1
Recording rack: 1
Recording board: 3
Recording terminal: 1 - 30 ( for 2 PCM Boards=60 "Users")

(broadcast was off before, but i configured it manually...had before just a ABC-F Trunk but after i noticed that i will get DR-Link recording i changed it into Hybrid Link IP (ABC-F IP) i found in all ALU Documents i read absolutly nothing because ABC-F via IP ist allowed or not ???

@krzysioD

forgot to tell you the recoder is a developed special for this customer..(called ="Call Recorder")

do i need the OPS look 145 (recording B-Channel) also in the "remote note"(without the PCM Boards) ?

(the original key say "0"...but even with the general key it wont work ;-(

thanks for support!

Hello,

Recording Centralized Node=Yes in both nodes

@krzysioD

Alcatel found the Solution for my Problem...

Applications, Recording Resources, ------>done !
Recording node: 1--> add 128 to the Number= 129
Recording rack: 1
Recording board: 3
Recording terminal: 1 - 30 ( for 2 PCM Boards=60 "Users")

and it works...:-)

Do You have any explanation from ALU why +128 , not anything else. Does it fixed or depends on OXE NW configuration?
