Hi all,

I have this problem, during Restricted Mode (Night Mode) when there is an incoming call to our main line it will route to AA then If customer press button 1 it will route to Speed Dial - 8007 (to an external mobile number)


The problem is that when is route to the external mobile number, the incoming call is not connected to the external mobile number. On both end you only hear the on-hold music playing at the background.


May I know what have I missed out in this case?

Check that your connection categories for trunks, connection category 5 to 5 is set to 1. This as long as your AA is working normally.

Thanks Patmul39. Can you explain abit more? I didn't quite get you. Connection category, where can I find this in the OMC? Appreciate it very much.

there is a noteworthy address which allows unsupervised transfers from the AA, Check your noteworthy address Number 80 I believe.

Thet is joining in OXO: Traffic Sharing and barring--->Joining (check box between incoming and outgoing type of trunks)

Hi, make shure you have "Feature Design/Part 2/Transfer Ext-Ext by on hook" aktivated.

Check the rights of your voicemail ports they must have joining allowed
