6850 AOS files deleted

I have a 6850 that has no operating system files available whatsoever. Miniboot is not available, either. Does anyone have any ideas on how to reinstall AOS files without miniboot? Am I destined for RMA?
Thanks!

You can't delete the MiniBoot ...
Boot your switch to MiniBoot and follow the instructions to recover it here in the forum.
(If you have access to the BPWS - there is also a TechTip available...)
Edit:
P.S. In case you have really no MiniBoot - please post a full console-log of the boot process.

Thanks, Benny, but I need to add a little more data pertaining to my issue.
Whatever/whomever deleted whatever they deleted caused a total lack of console login capability. I can't say exactly what caused it, since I was not involved, but there is no activity on the console screen during the boot process. Whether mini boot is gone or not, I do not have the ability to even verify its existence.
With regard to BPWS, are you referring to the link titled "Alcatel Documentations (from BPWS)?"

Verify your console connection. It is not possible to delete the MiniBoot/U-Boot from CLI, therefore I believe the issue is the console connection.
Maybe somebody changed the console speed? If your colleagues tried to upgrade the MiniBoot / U-Boot then I would be surprised why they do it as it was not necessary yet with OS6850...
If you verified your connection on another switch and it is fine and you have really no output etc - then you will have no other choice than RMAing the device ...

Thanks, Benny. I did verify the console connection with another working 6850, so you've confirmed my fears that RMA is the next step.
I appreciate your advice!
Take care!
