My attendants using 4059 consoles use to be able to use the mouse to click on a call that was on-hold to take the call off of hold. We have just completed an upgrade to 8.0 software and they are unable to do this any longer. Anyone know how to re-enable this feature?

when you did the upgrade, did you flash the MAC inteface with the latest binaries?

Upgraded last week, I reinstalled the drivers for the mouse and keyboard that was all for the 4059 consoles.
Not sure what flashing the MAC interface with the latest binaries is or how to do it.
Can you tell me how to do that?

If you have the installation manual for the 4059, at the bottom it covers how to use the he_dow_tuner command.

Check the pastebin, it's at the end of the doc...
