OEM new range

Dears I am new at presales please could you tell me why exactly do we need the(OEM new range) Windows Pack PC with part number 3ba27657EN
I found it in my quotation and it was really an added money to my price

Guys I found it ..... It is for Omni Vista and I will not order it cause it can be replaced by a local one with quarter the price

but ALU suggests that you should buy from them.

As you've mentioned every Euro counts, so it's a lot cheaper to buy:
-power supply (DC -48V)
-batteries
-data cabinets
-PCs for OV, CCS, attendant (like 4059 ).
-LCD screens, KVM with integrated 1U keyboard-mouse-monitor for rack etc...

Some time ago you could order only license for appliance server without the IBM from ALU, iirc right now, you could only buy new license with ALU-branded server from Alcatel.

If you know how to set-up (or have a spare time), you could use modem (for Remote Access with Appliance or Crystal Hardware) made by for example Microcom (not MultiTech). Or you could buy pack of 10 modems directly from MultiTech.
Still you will get some Euros in-plus.
If going to offer in some public tender -> then every Euro counts !
