Hi all,

Is it possible to have a key for REDIAL on the attendant console (4035T) ?

Also, is it possible to allow the attendant to send DTMF codes on an outgoing call ?

For DTMF and Attentdnet Consol you will have to access the represent key/function and then the DTMF option will appear (for out going calls).

In an attendant console (4035T), when you configure it, the REDIAL button is number 23. You have to counter in the next way:
