Hi all,

this is my first post and I am glad I found this forum !!

I already read though some articles and poked the search but didn't find any useful hint
for my problem.

First of all, I am new to the 4200 system and do not know nothing about it. Thus
I try to initialize the system from scratch and go ahead.

alright. I tried to configure my 4200e via PCMM. I think the software version is 3.23 or seomthing,
thats what I saw in the phone when booting up. I tried to configure the system via the wizard and
then did an upload until the upload hang. The system rebooted and now every LEDs on the front
remain lightened, all LEDs on all the boards too.

The phone doesn't even initialize anymore.

What did I do wrong? can I reset the system somehow? Disabling the backup battery or even turning the
battery jumper on CM-1 to OFF didn't help.

Any hints are very appreciated.

I hope to fire the system up to configure the IBS. But this is step 2

Pull all the cards apart from the DLC card in slot one and the AC and CM card and with the battery out of the cm card power back up
