Hi,
On the OXE, I wish to activate the automatic locking feature whereby after hours, say 5pm, all phone sets are locked and users are able to dial international numbers only by accessing through a personal code.

Hi. Use the entities states. During working hours put state = DAY and managed connection COS. After hours state = NIGHT and disable outside calls. Then manage PIN configuration to allow this one to call outside. regards.

Hi, read through the part of managing the entities. But the PIN configuration seems tough. Do i need to create pins for each user or can it be a general thing.

And sorry if i missed the question and the question mark?

PIN = Personal Identification Number...so....what do you think now?

Just want a confirmation of what i understood: the user will need to put a prefix and then a pin code to be able to dial an international number.

Can i create an entity whereby only international numbers are locked after working hours? Can you please help me out in this matter?
