Ip Adresss of EXE in VM Ware?

How can I access the CPU per telnet/ftp? The OXE has 10.253.253.1 and the PC a complete different one.

Select bridged more and put your PC on OXE range or select a specific virtual network adapter and configure the ip address of it to OXE range.
Read VMWare docs for further info...
