Hi,

It seems I missed the 4059IP installation process during my training :D

What is the Device number? I checked the doc but no word.....they use A10

At the moment I have a connection problem between 4059IP and OXE 8.0, checked the licenses and the hardware.mao mentioned in the TCO.

Appli: SBS Session
Msg: NOT_USED
Status: L3OPEN, I2 protocol init failed.

I sniffed...and first there is a TFTP download and then some UDP data exchange....

Any idea?

Thx,
Nowi

Yes, they use A10 - But what number have you used when you created your attendant in the OXE? That is the device number you need.

Hi,

thx....seems logical...unfortunately the problem still exists...

Created an User (3010) for the associated set

Created an Attendant Group 0, Nr. 3000
Checked the Attendant Group Call Distribution
Created the Attendant Set (type 4059IP) Nr. 3001 , Group 0, ID 0 with the associated phone set (3010)
Created Prefix for Attendant Group Call.

Is there a debug command to check the SBC Session.

I use 4059IP Version 5.04, tried also with 5.03

Thx,
Nowi

I had the same problem, but it's solved :

If a firewall/router is between your 4059IP and your OXE, You need to open traffics :

1) From OXE to 4059IP :
- TFTP port (69)
- All ICMP traffic (ping, etc...)
- UDP port 32520

2) From 4059IP to OXE :
- TFTP port (69)
- All ICMP traffic (ping, etc...)

It seems to work that way, I'll update if something goes wrong.

Hum, I can't EDIT my post... Just to say that the "post subject" is not the best... Maybe I should make a new post about network ports...

Just to have it for future reference...

The device number to be entered in the software application is the number displayed by opstat command.
