Voice Mail message on second call

Hi All,

When a subscriber is on a call and a second call comes in and is routed to voicemail. Is there a way so that the caller hears the subscribers personal voicemail message rather than the recorded "your correspondant is busy, you have reached the mailbox of <subscriber name>...."

The subscriber has already recorded a personal message and this is the message heard when the caller is not on a call.

Perhaps a noteworthy address?

That's actually a feature of the system that lots of systems lack. Being such a piece of crap the 4645 is, they actually give you a busy greeting, different then the standard away from my desk.

You can record this in the same location you record your other personal greetings and recorded name. I believe it's called Busy greeting.

This lets callers know that you are actually on the other line and not just f'ing off :D

Hi,
just change the following adresses:
1. Change the "VMUBusy" from "00h" to "01h".
This will deactivate the "Busy"-Voice Prompt in the System. But it´s only available since Rel.4.1.
2. Besides you can change "DynRoutBsy" which forces an immediate routing to 1st level of dyn. routing of the sub.

regards
michi
