OXO-CallCenter Solution hang-up problem
Posted: 26 May 2008 09:57
Hello to everybody,
we ahve developed a sort of IP SIP callcenter application, with it we can communicate with the OXO without any problem, we make call from OXO to it and viceversa; the only problem we are encountering is when an analogue or digital phone connected on the OXO receives a call from IP SIP and tries to put on hold the SIP caller, in this situation we see on the Wireshark trace that the OXO sends a SIP "bye" message to our callcenter.
This is a problem because this "flash" is considered by the SIP side of the OXO like an hang-up and so a bye message is sent.
I would like to understand if it is possible to modify this signal in order to avoid to send a bye message, and how.
Cna you help me please?
Thank you very much in advance,
Best Regards
