AA transfer No Ans

Hi all,,

One of my client is using OXO R.5.0 We are using auto attendant for incoming calls. Whenever AA transfer the calls to any extension if there is No answer with in 4 or 5 rings call is going back to AA main menu.

1. I want to avoid the calls going back to AA or i want to increase the Ring atleast 10 rings.

I tried my best..nothing seems to be working...Any help folks..thanks in advance

Check the noteworthy addresses there is one for the AA transfer type which is set to semi-supervised by default change it to blind transfer (default is 02 and blind is 00 from memory but check just in case)

Hi krusty,

Already i checked AA transfer it's not working too...even i increased the Timer1 and Timer 2 ( Dynamic Routing) in users....not yet....any other ideas...

Try to check on System Misc. / Features Design/ Timer for recall on unanswered transferred call. Just increase it.
