Hunt Group message for no attention in OXO

Hi there, I need some help here....I had been asked to make the following configuration on my OXO R6.1

1.- The manager wants a hunt group (HG) to recevie DDI calls for an information service. the hunt group will have only two members.
2.- He wants that when all the members of the HG are busy with calls, the next DDI call that arrives to the HG will be put on wainting for a few seconds before play a message that saids "our operator are busy, please try later, thanks..." and then hang up the line.
3.- On nigth and weekends, when there are no members are logged in the HG, the people that call to the HG would ear a message ... "our services is from 8:00... , bye"...and then hang up the line.

I made the HG group configuration, and also attached to it the two members, they could login and logout the HG. And the HG it's receiving the DDI calls from out side... So far so good :)

For the second request. I configured a virtual station (VE), that it's forwarded to its Voice Mail. On the VE's voice mail I configured it as response only VM, therefore when a calls arrives to the VM, the caller will hear the message and then the line would be hangged up.
The HG has an speed dial number (SD) as its dynamic forward for internal and external calls. This SD is a call to the virtual station, I'm using a work around that I found in this forum - THANKS A LOT FORUM - See the link and the last notes from Michi

Second request acomplish .... :)

But my real issue it's to get the 3rd request.... I tried so many works around, but nothing is working.. Help!!!! any ideas !!!!

Note.- My boss doesn't want to spent money on purchasing the Omnitouch Office Call Center licenses, at least for this first year... :(

Not so Sir Cav I believe that the solution in the OxO/main forum should work.

To Luis Please only post in one forum it makes following the threads easier.

Put MSG1 or MSG2 into a hunt group by itself, send the DDI to the hunt group and it will play the message and hang up the call.

How has no 1 offered this very very very very simple answer.

Using the restricted mode dialing plan, direct calls on that indial to a VT, with a Answer Only mailbox with that message...

Hey Martinez,
just a question:
How they reach the Hunt Group ?(do they use DID, ISDN, Analog lines ?)
When the system is after hours the calls should go to the message and disconnects, right ? (assuming that nobody is working at that time).

Let me know and we can use Internal ARS to do it.

I've done such configuration before.

Let me know, as much details you can provide as easy it will be to send you the information.
